You have been hearing about pride and humility for so long but you might not have deep understanding about it. To most, pride means feeling boastful and humility means not looking less on others. Quite correct but i’ll enlighten you more about it.
Pride: is the act of looking more than ones reach and feeling too big, so as to ridicule someone else or to build ones self esteem beyond what is merited in which you’re not truly in that position. Even when you don’t truly fit in. Even when you’re small compared to it. You see small men possess this feature call pride, showing people who they’re not, hereby shortchanging themselves to be small men.
While humility is a great feature found among great men who realize they’re nothing but men and hereby bring themselves down ( and not belittling themselves) below their position or knowledge in which they’re greater than or far more compare to their nature shown outside. You see God is delighted by men who humbled themselves and hereby give them more after a test of humility. You’ve heard about the story of the greatest man in the world Yes! Jesus Christ who came in form of God but thought it not robbery to compare himself with God but rather humble himselfunto death and God seeing this raised him so high, that in his name alone every knee must bow, those in heaven, earth and underneath must harken to his name.
You see Jesus was great in heaven but was more greater when he humbled himself to death of the cross because it was not his will but is father will upon him to save the world. When he came in order of mechizedek he was known as the prince of peace, prince of righteousness but when he humbled himself to be a man he became the righteousness, he became the peace he, became the salem
God exalts the humble and makes the proud an abomination before Him

Imagine a man who was making 100,000 dollar per month and give 10,000 dollar tithe in the church but when God increase his wealth to 1 million dollars per month, he finds it so hard to drop 100,000 dollars as tithe again. Hereby shortchanging himself before God, giving God that ten percent means humility. You’re telling God that all the goodness in your life comes from Him. Open your eyes to see that the amount of money with you right now is poverty compare to what God have for you.
Most people get small victory and they forgot who they are. They forgot how they got to that post. If only their eyes could be open to what is greater before them. They gain few dollars, few position and they feel so arrogant and blind to see what is beyond the other side.
BE HUMBLE ENOUGH TO START SMALL
Have you not heard that armature builds the ark but professionals build the titanic. The truth is the ark is small but saves a whole generation, you can make mention in the world now while the titanic is big but destroys many families life. Before you judge an armature you must first know what a professional looks like; professional means those that have failed so many times and now have gained experience not to repeat their mistakes again. So if you’re an armature be happy for God want to use you to save the world.
