IS IT GOOD TO BE RICH, BIBLICALLY?
Yes, it is good to be rich. Most Christians has fallen into the trap of not reaching for their goal in life due to the story of a rich man who told Jesus “Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life.
We all know about the story of the certain rich man who was so confident to tell Jesus about how righteous he has been. Without not withstanding the truth that he was an holy an biblical man, still lack something special. This question which will really impact so much than can be explained to you, what will change your life for a better is about to be brought to you in minutes.
The question goes like this If you don’t have treasure in heaven, can you go to heaven or does it mean for a man to go to heaven he must have treasure.
I ask this certain question in the church I’m going to due to a familiar topic we treat that day, it’s written Jesus offers salvation during the time of the pandemic issue of connora virus at year 2020. This certain question was debated between members in the church, some of the congregation added that if a witch who has killed a lot of people confess her sin and die, if she will go to heaven or not since she has no treasure in heaven?
I know you got manners of thought/assumption bothering you right now, but sit down and relax all topics concerning this subject will be broke down to you in steps;
Step 1 GIVE ALL: Jesus told the certain rich man “one thing you have lacked, you don’t have treasure in heaven, give all that you have to the poor and follow me to have treasure in heaven”. We certainly believe and start giving ourselves merits on how good we are, and not checking the areas you’re coming short. So the rich man was defeated “sell all your possession and give it to the poor” Jesus said. If you’re trying to be rich all to suit your pocket then you’ve not found true wealth. That is the truth you’re running from, you can’t take that bulk to the grave. The rich man has great possession, a righteous life but couldn’t give all. He couldn’t give all to the poor, he sets his possession too big than God
Step 2: THE LIMITING FACTOR; so this made most Christians to believe being rich is bad; because Jesus said after “it is easier for a camel to go through a needle’s eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God”. So most Christians think being rich is bad they choose to live a normal life.
Step 3: HUMBLENESS WITH GOD LEADS TO ABUNDANCE AND GRACE; though nowadays Christian have missed the real essence of grace because they have a plight that God support sin to be saved through grace. But let’s look at this at this concept, in the whole book of the old testament show me a place man say “it will be possible to go to the kingdom of GOD but by the violent men only” John the Baptist said it. Zacchaeus was also told that same thing, take all the money you have gotten from lobbying, extorting and usury and give it to the poor, Zacchaeus did it with his teeth smiling. He was happy to do God’s will. Zacchaeus gave half part of all that he has to the poor and also return all four fold of what he has wrongfully collected.
Step 4: You can’t have live a life of abundance without humility and charity. The more you give, you train your mind for abundance. Holiness is compared to rag before GOD because humans are not perfect. Humbleness leads to grace which is established through faith. Love to give!! It’s the best advice I’ll bet you for.
Step 5: Get real wisdom!! Many talk the talk only few walk the talk, this is where real wisdom really apply to, not posting what you’re going to do tomorrow but actually doing it.
MONEY OR YOUR LIFE

I read a book which unveil me to something new. Something very touching, I had deep understanding on it but thank GOD it did more better to me when I teach it. Yes of course, as you know that there is a big difference between thinking and doing. So this is how it went, I chat with a girl called Deborah, I said “ sister Deborah, do you like surprises?” If she tells me yes then she’s telling lies because it’s only the surprise you want that you like, the one you don’t want you call them problem but you need the uncertain ones to build up mental strength.` She responded ”good evening sir, I don’t understand what you’re saying” I told her goodnight, isn’t that funny.
The next day I wrote, hello Deborah, she reply Good morning and I wrote back, allow me to unveil what I started so far. Okay she replied. And funny enough I wrote to her the next evening diamond time to reveal to you what you already know.
Deborah: what I already know!
I: Yes what you already know psychologist prove that we already know much about what we want to study but we just need someone to tell us. That’s why we understand immediately once we are been taught. Sometimes you say oh I got it, and I know that oh but I thought I’d be wrong if I say that. Have that not happen to you before, so before I start can you tell me a little about what I discussed with you yesternight.
Deborah: I don’t understand at all, it’s not clear.
I: Ok relax a little and let’s ride on. There are two different also similar men I’ll be telling you about. I want to remind you and let you feel like a child again, for it’s the best thing a grown up girl can feel, even Jesus love the little children
Deborah: Lol story
I: The first man has 12billion dollars in his account, that’s a lot of money. He was the richest man in Germany. The gentleman name is Adolf Merckle, in year 2007 he became the richest man in Germany. He ventured into one of the best business of all time which is buying and selling.
So one day he started loosing money. Every night he lost 500million dollars, that is half a billion dollar. One certain day, the accumulative amount of money he has lost was 3 billion dollars. Guess what happened after his opponent took his title from him as the richest man in Germany. He did nothing about it but wrote a suicidal note to his family and went through a moving train and died.
QUESTION: What do you suggest made the rich man took such a decision?
Deborah: The rich man took such a callous decision because his life is all tight up in his networth, he’s completely mess up without it.
Me: very true, as Christians our life shouldn’t be like that. Than making things add value to you add value to things.
To cut the long story short, there is another man in that same country the rich man was, a very benevolent man, a philanthropist but surprising fact is nobody knows him. He did all his favor in secret without broadcasting his name or showing his face. He owns a 7.5 billion dollars company but does not care about his networth. Because he didn’t attach his self worth to money he can always survive without it. First Timothy 6:17 says, “As for the rich in this present age, charge them not to be haughty, nor to set their hopes on the uncertainty of riches, but on God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy.” Jesus himself talks about how hard it is for the rich to remain untangled by the trappings of their wealth
